Anupama Episode Written Update 10th February 2024
While using the wiper to clean the glass wall, Anupama visualises Anuj standing. She sobs as she becomes upset. She then gives her mother a hug and imagines her being there, stating how much she has been missing. Her mother tells her not to weep since life has its ups and downs and adds, “I came because you missed me.” I don’t want such a life, Anupama declares. Her mother begs her to appreciate life, which Kanha ji has given to her. Anupama claims, “I came here after running from relations, and all the relations came in front of me.” She claims that while she fled Anuj, life forced me to confront him. She begs to check where she is, saying, “I’m angry with myself for listening to Devika and coming here. You asked me to go and chase my dream of America.” She claims that Anuj wants to meet me and that my Choti despises me much.
Her mother inquires as to whether you were unhappy after meeting Anuj. Anupama claims that I was ecstatic as he is the source of all of my happiness. She explains that she didn’t want to see him since everything is complex and that she has to meet him to put an end to things so that he can go on with Shruti and Choti can continue to be happy with Shruti and Anuj.
Is this truly what she wants, her mother asks? Anupama states, “I want to see Choti and Anuj happy, but I am their past, which caused them a lot of pain, and Shruti is the source of their happiness, not me.” She says that Toshu, Kinjal, and Pari will all be happy together, and that Anuj and Choti are pleased with Shruti. She states, “I don’t want anyone’s love or support; I work best alone.” Her mother advises her to open one of her heart’s windows or else she would feel smothered, saying that life doesn’t operate on conditions.
Upon returning home, Shruti announces, “It’s my surprise birthday party.” You have spoilt the surprise, according to Aadhya. She invites her to cut the cake after giving her a hug. They will cut the cake together, Shruti adds. They divided the cake. This is your final cake, Aadhya explains, since Mrs. Shruti Anuj Kapadia’s cake will be served next year.
Opening the dancing school again after all these years makes Dimpy very happy. After tidying and beautifying the space, she attempts to smash the coconut that lands in Titu’s hands. He continues, “I came to wish you luck because Kavya told me about your new start.” Shall I break this coconut, he asks? Dimpy gives a nod. He cracks open the coconut. He gives her a nameplate that reads “Dimpy’s Dance Academy.” She becomes sentimental.
Adhya queries Anuj on it. Anuj states that the first cake to be sliced up should be consumed. Anuj is made to try the cake by Shruti. Aadhya informs Shruti that her father would be with her all day tomorrow and offers her a present. Anuj adds, “I said it, but it will be an all-day date if we spend the entire day together.” He claims he was joking and that he even taunted Shruti by giving away the surprise for tomorrow, just as she had spoilt it. How would he ever get to meet Anupama, he thinks.
The name plate is hung by Dimpy. Knowing that Dimpy doesn’t need him, Titu promises not to come inside and not to add to her problems. He turns to go. Titu, she yells. Titu returns. She expresses her gratitude to him for inspiring and pushing him to do this. Titu says you have skill too and invites her to demonstrate what you can do. Titu asks her to do something. Best wishes, he says.
When Yashdeep arrives at the restaurant, he witnesses Anupama sipping tea. Anupama stands up. He advises her that she must sip coffee restlessly and encourages her to sit down and enjoy her tea. Is Anupama asking me whether I’m doing okay? How can I remark on two people’s decisions, asks Yashdeep? Anupama says, “My heart worries that it won’t work out because meeting him won’t be easy, but my mind tells me I’m doing the right thing.” Nevertheless, she notes that communication is crucial to resolving the issue.
